Here are the important bits about custom orders, pricing, artwork and fulfilment.
What sizes can I order?+
Standard custom sizes are 4 × 4 cm, 6 × 6 cm, 8 × 8 cm and 10 × 10 cm. If you need another dimension, contact us for a custom-size quote.
How many custom stickers can I order?+
Standard website orders run from 2 to 20 stickers in steps of 2. For 21 or more, contact us for a larger-order quote.
Is personalised artwork included in the listed custom-sticker price?+
Yes, for a normal custom personalised order. Very unusual or highly complex requests may need to be discussed before production, and we will not add surprise charges without confirming them with you.
Will I see my design before printing?+
Yes. After payment, PikStiq prepares your design and uploads a proof to your private order tracker. You can approve it or request a change before printing.
Can I choose matte or glossy?+
Yes. Both finishes are available for standard custom sticker orders.
What photos should I upload?+
Clear, high-resolution images with good lighting work best. Upload extra references when an outfit, object, pose, vehicle detail or art direction is important.
Can PikStiq do people, pets and cars?+
Yes. Use the instructions field to highlight details you want preserved.
Are my customer photos public?+
No. Customer-order uploads are stored privately for order fulfilment. See the Privacy Policy for the full handling and retention terms.
How do I track an order?+
Use your order number and order email on the Track page. Custom orders also use that page for design approval and change requests.
I already have a finished design. Do I still pay the custom artwork price?+
No. Print My Design is treated as a separate print-only service. Contact PikStiq with your file and requirements for a print quote.
