These terms explain how PikStiq custom and ready-made sticker orders work, what you promise when you upload content, and the rules that apply when you use our website and services.
1. About PikStiq and acceptance
“PikStiq”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of the PikStiq sticker business and website. By using the website, placing an order, uploading content, approving a design proof, or buying a ready-made pack, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not submit an order or upload content.
2. Our services
PikStiq creates custom illustrated sticker designs from customer-supplied images and sells ready-made sticker packs. Product descriptions, pack sizes, finishes, prices and expected timelines are those displayed at the time of ordering or separately confirmed by us.
Custom artwork is creative and may not reproduce every detail of the source image exactly. Colours may also vary between screens and printed materials.
3. Automated and AI-assisted creative tools
To provide custom design services, PikStiq may use automated and AI-assisted creative tools together with human design, review and editing. This may require submitted images and related instructions to be processed by technology service providers acting as part of our production workflow.
We do not need to disclose our proprietary prompts, software configuration, production methods, vendor selection logic or other trade know-how. Our Privacy Policy explains the categories of processing and service providers that may handle personal data.
4. Your uploads, permissions and people shown in photos
You keep ownership of content that belongs to you. By uploading an image or other material, you give PikStiq a limited, non-exclusive permission to copy, store, process, transform and otherwise use that material only as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service, communicate about the order, handle support or disputes, maintain security, and comply with law.
This order-fulfilment permission does not by itself give PikStiq permission to publish your source photos or custom artwork in public advertising, social media or a portfolio. We will seek separate permission before using customer-specific content publicly, unless you separately supplied it for that purpose.
You confirm that:
- you own the uploaded material or have permission to use it for the requested order;
- you have obtained any consent reasonably required from identifiable people shown in submitted images;
- where a child or minor is depicted, you have the necessary parent, guardian or other lawful authority to submit and use the image; and
- our use of the material as described in these terms will not knowingly infringe another person’s copyright, privacy, publicity, trade mark or other rights.
You are responsible for claims arising from material you submit without the rights or permissions you confirm you have, to the extent permitted by law.
5. Prohibited content
Do not submit content that is unlawful, fraudulently obtained, seriously abusive, exploitative, infringes third-party rights, or that we reasonably believe we should not process. We may refuse, pause or cancel an order where content creates legal, safety, privacy, rights or platform-compliance concerns.
6. Design proofs and approval
Custom orders may include a digital design-proof stage. You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully, including names, text, appearance and other requested details. If you approve a proof, we may rely on that approval when preparing the order for printing.
If you request changes, we will make reasonable efforts to address them within the scope of the order. Significant changes, repeated redesigns, or requests outside the original brief may require additional time or charges, which we will tell you about before proceeding.
7. Ready-made packs and intellectual property
Ready-made PikStiq designs, branding, website content, templates and original artwork remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Buying a ready-made pack gives you the physical product for personal use; it does not give you the right to copy, reproduce, manufacture, distribute or resell the artwork unless we separately agree in writing.
For custom designs, unless we separately agree otherwise, your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the delivered physical stickers and final design for personal, non-commercial purposes. PikStiq retains rights in our pre-existing materials, templates, methods, tools, brand assets and know-how.
8. Prices, payment and order acceptance
Prices are shown in Singapore dollars unless stated otherwise. When payment functionality is enabled, an order is not treated as paid until the applicable payment provider confirms successful payment.
Where the website clearly states that payment is not yet connected or that an order is a test order, submitting the form does not by itself guarantee fulfilment or create a paid purchase. We may separately confirm whether a test submission will be fulfilled.
We may decline or cancel an order before production for reasons such as obvious pricing errors, unavailable materials, prohibited content, suspected fraud or circumstances that make fulfilment impracticable. If we have already taken payment for an order we cancel, we will handle any refund required by applicable law and our stated refund policy.
9. Cancellations, custom goods and refunds
Because custom stickers are made specifically for an individual order, cancellation may become limited once design work or production has started. Ready-made products may be treated differently. Any specific cancellation or refund terms shown at checkout or confirmed with the order form part of these terms.
Nothing in these terms excludes remedies you may have under applicable consumer-protection law for defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming goods where those rights cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are estimates rather than guarantees unless we expressly agree otherwise. Delays can occur because of couriers, customs, weather, incorrect addresses or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please provide complete and accurate delivery information and contact us promptly if you notice an error.
When available, tracking information may be displayed in the PikStiq tracking page or sent through an order communication.
11. Website use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with our systems, submit malicious files, scrape protected content at unreasonable scale, impersonate another person, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
12. Availability, errors and changes
We aim to keep product information and the website accurate, but occasional errors, outages or interruptions may occur. We may update the website, products, pricing, features and these terms from time to time. Changes apply prospectively from the effective date shown on the updated terms unless law requires otherwise.
13. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PikStiq is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the order was accepted. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it remains subject to the applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including any liability or statutory right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
14. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, protect, retain and transfer personal data, including submitted photos and the use of automated or AI-assisted creative tools. Marketing consent is optional and separate from transactional messages needed to service an order.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Subject to any mandatory rights or procedures that apply to you, disputes may be brought before the courts of Singapore. If you are a consumer outside Singapore, nothing in this clause removes mandatory protections that your local law says cannot be waived by contract.
